Overview
Two platforms cover most customer conversations: Reb A 97 as a proven commercial benchmark with strong cost-performance, and Reb M 95 as a premium taste platform with a cleaner, more sugar-like profile.
Additional grades — RA98, RA80 and total-steviol-glycoside systems — are available for project-specific optimization rather than as a default pitch. Conventional and organic programs are available by grade, with certification confirmed per product and destination market.
Grade selection should be driven by finished-product performance: sweetness target, aftertaste, solubility, processing conditions, regulatory limit and cost-in-use.
