Overview

Multiple grades for nutritional powders, beverages and food applications, selected based on protein target, solubility, dispersibility, sensory requirements and processing conditions.

Grade options include the 80% standard grade, 85% grades, beverage-oriented grades and conventional or organic programs. Performance and certification details beyond the 80% grade are confirmed per supplier file at qualification.

The 80% standard grade shown below provides at least 80% protein on a dry basis and is supplied as a fine powder with at least 90% passing an 80-mesh sieve.
