Elera brings more than 20 years of international business and commercial leadership experience, including extensive work in food ingredients, strategic account management and cross-border supply relationships. Her background includes roles with Cargill and AAK, as well as responsibility for complex, large-scale customer relationships in Canada.

That experience shapes how Maxeve operates today. For selected strategic suppliers, Maxeve builds relationships through direct engagement, including on-site manufacturing visits in China and direct access to production, technical and application teams.

From Canada, Maxeve coordinates the commercial, technical, documentation and logistics work required to move an ingredient from initial evaluation through qualification, trial and commercial supply.

Maxeve works with contract manufacturers, CPG brands, food and beverage companies, and nutrition businesses that need a practical, dependable path from ingredient evaluation to qualified, repeatable supply.
